Let's list them:
- The first good thing--let me rephrase that, the best thing, not necessarily chronologically the first--was that I finished my King Arthur paper. That means that now I only have one more to write, which I planned during one of my classes today and can start banging out tomorrow.
- I emailed said paper and the other one I've already written to their respective professors with some questions so I can get some feedback. Apparently professors are okay with that, especially since they're not due for over a month so they're not swamped with papers right now.
- I made a new acquaintance in my King Arthur class, some older gent named Seamus who is Irish but sounds half-Australian, I swear. We shared my book during class and then he stopped by to talk for a couple minutes when I was working on my paper in the hall later. He's quite...unique.
- I discovered that when I'm cold at college 'cause I sit in the halls by the doors between classes, my computer makes a really warm blanket if I turn it on. Thus, I stay warm AND it makes me do lots of work, since I feel guilty playing games when everyone walking by can see what I'm doing. Hence, I actually finished my paper today. This is a good strategy, although my back doesn't appreciate lugging the computer around.
- There were potatoes at Dunnes! Yay Ireland.
- We got the itinerary for Dublin...see below.
- We got the itinerary for Wales...see even more below.
- Alice and I had free time to sit and chill before Castles, so we relaxed by listening to classic '80s songs on her iPod and singing along. This resulted in many awkward stares from people passing by, especially depending on the lyrics, but was quite funny for us. That's where Bryan Adams comes in...
- I broke my third pair of sunglasses this semester...okay, that's bad, but I got two new pairs at Dunnes to replace them! TWO, because when I break one, which is bound to happen 'cause this is me, I will have another. They're identical, just one is black and one is white. Like that old song...
- I learned that I can write on my right hand with my left and it's legible. That happened after I drank some Sprite and got hyper.
