I had all these great plans during my trip to astound you with pictures and stories tonight. Having spent most of the last hour just renaming pictures to try to organize them, however, I've realized that blogging about Paris will take a lot longer than expected. So, rather than killing myself tonight to do a shoddy job, I'm going to put up Friday, Saturday, and Sunday's posts during the next week so all the little anecdotes and matching pictures can make sense. Since everyone just got back from the weekend, the internet is crazy slow, which definitely doesn't help either. I won't really write much tonight so it'll be more fun to read in the later blogs, but I promise I will tell you about Paris soon! It is really nice to be back home again though--back to my own little city that speaks English and is organized and cozy and familiar.
To make up for the wait (I really do feel bad about it--not just because I want you all to see what I saw, but because I'm so anal about getting things up on time!), here are the five videos that I took during the weekend.
At the Notre Dame Cathedral early this morning (Sunday):
This is from the start of our boat tour (Saturday night):
A random group of people that were learning a dance routine in front of the Eiffel Tower (Saturday):
Part of our bus tour (Saturday):
Part of the beginning of the Louvre tour (Saturday):
I hope that gives you a good preview of what's to come! I'm off to unpack and regroup before getting up early to do lots of work tomorrow. Good night!
