I was quarantined by my friends, so I stayed home today and did some homework. I went to Dunnes for some groceries early in the day, like milk for my breakfast and peanut butter for tomorrow's lunch, and then later in the day I went for a walk for an hour. It was brisk out but really pleasant. I found a path on campus that runs right along the edge of the river Corrib for a while, so that was a pretty walk.
Besides that, most everything else today was lice-related. I talked to one of my suitemates, and even though we don't agree about how to get rid of the lice in terms of my hair, we agreed to work through it together. I don't have anyone to help me with it now, but maybe after the API emergency meeting tomorrow someone will volunteer to help.
I tried these chips--sorry, crisps--today that were "bacon and rashers" flavored (rashers are sausages). Let me tell you, ham-y chips are disgusting. I had to eat a bunch of chocolate chip cookies to wash them down.
For the rest of tonight, I think I'm just going to take it easy and read a book. There's no one to hang out with and I don't feel like being productive, so that sounds delicious.
Good night!
